You can download the form and complete it either using your computer or print and complete it by hand. Once completed, you can submit the form on our website using the submission form on this page, or you can print the PDF and bring it with you to our clinic.

National Real Estate Ethics Day class materials and custom social media graphics will be provided for download. You may download and print class materials for in-person events or provide the direct link for virtual participating members.

The CRSS Training will be provided via WebEx. Once you register for each session you will receive a confirmation email. Your unique WebEx link is in that email. Participants will also be able to use the link in the registration confirmation email to download needed material and handouts PRIOR to the sessions. Click on the link titled, "to join the training session, go to" and it will take you to the materials to download.
